There are not enough good things I can say about Dr. Fechner, the staff at URA, the doctors and nurses. I was very nervous to have my first appointment with Dr. Fechner, but he was so kind. He answered all of my questions. I felt at ease every time we had an appointment to go over the next steps. I had a lot of early mornings but it was always a good experience. After our IUI’s we were able to onto IVF. Nurse Jackie and Megan were so informative and helped me out with medications. They answered all my questions and was so patient! I felt confident doing them myself after seeing them! I had my baby girl in June, and I have been in heaven. I cannot thank everyone at URA enough, and especially to Dr. Fechner! I was sad when I graduated to my OBGYN. I knew I was going to miss all the girls I saw early in morning when I had to go do bloodwork! Thank you Dr. Fechner and everyone at URA for making my dreams come true!

Dr. Wolf has been a God sent in my family life. She is patient, sweet, kind, practical and compassionate with her patients. There is no other doctor I would recommend than her. She made my family dreams come true with my family's first pregnancy. We are truly blessed and grateful. And all the staff, the nurses are a sweetheart especially Stefany I am so grateful I recommend them without hesitation

Dr. O took the time to carefully address my concerns, explain everything and made me feel beyond comfortable and heard. I was not just another patient, there was a plan made and my experience with her was beyond wonderful compared to the multiple doctors I had seen prior to finding this practice.

Dr Ndidi is a great fertility specialist i can vouch for when it comes to issues of fertility and getting all necessary care you need. She'll go over and beyond to put smile on your face irrespective of your fertility issues. she took me through my medical diagnosis/discovery with reassurance that there is nothing to panic about and explained in details what my options were and of course, the journey started. She is a great listener, very professional in handling issues and pays attention to every details to help you in your journey. She and her team are excellent and I'll recommend their service to people over and over again. I'm so glad to have her as my fertility specialist during my waiting period.
Good news! I'm going to become a mother in a couple of months! Smiles..thank you Dr Ndidi and the team for an excellent job!!

18 years later and our son is about to graduate high school and join the Marines. If it wasn't for Dr. McGovern and the amazing staff at URA we would not be blessed and celebrating this young man's life. God bless.

It took me three years, one miscarriage, many injections, pills, and scans to have my rainbow baby. Without the love, patience and dedication of Dr. Cho, Crystal and all the doctors and staff at URA I would have given up. Thank you for always being so loving and caring during the entire process. I now have my beautiful three month old baby boy, Kai Nicolas and will always be grateful for everyone at URA.

My husband and I were extremely happy with our experience at URA. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. McGovern. He is calm, concise, and informative, and is able to slow things down for you in a very fast-paced office. It’s easy to feel like just a number in a place like that (and sometimes I did if another staff member called with instructions and didn’t seem to fully be up to speed with my plan), but I always felt like an individual patient with him. He was also really thorough, and had a good idea why I wasn’t getting pregnant by our first appointment (and ended up being correct). He dug deeper into past tests I had done at my regular GYN, and found things they had missed. He wanted to make sure there weren’t any other underlying issues causing infertility before treating us. I ended up getting a minor surgery which he performed, and I was very pleased with the experience and outcome overall. With his suggested treatment plan my husband and I conceived our daughter on the first try, which we were really surprised and grateful for after over a year of not getting pregnant. She’s almost four months old now! I did see a few of the other doctors in the practice over the course of our treatment/early pregnancy who were also wonderful during those appointments. We would definitely recommend URA and especially Dr. McGovern.
