I am very happy that I chose this clinic and this doctor. The staff is kind, polite, professional, and very understanding. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. My doctor is wonderful — very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. They take the time to listen, answer all my questions, and explain everything clearly and in detail. I truly appreciate the care and support I have received. I feel very comfortable and confident in my choice, and I would highly recommend this clinic and doctor!

I just want to say how much I love Dr. O! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Dr. O was incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit, which I truly appreciated. The entire staff was just as wonderful. Everyone was kind, polite, compassionate, and professional. They treated me with so much warmth and respect that I honestly felt like part of the family. It’s clear that this team genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I had such a positive experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. She is amazing.

This is the team you want by your side as you navigate what can feel like the loneliest road to travel. I remember being referred to URA and calling to schedule my first appointment while crying. I felt hopeless in that moment. However, when we went to our consultation and met the teams at both the Goshen and Hasbrouck Heights offices, we knew that we were getting a new sense of hope. The team was kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and encouraging. Everyone knew us at our appointments and cheered us on when we finally got our positive test results. We just welcomed our IUI baby and truly feel like our dream came true thanks to the team at URA. Dr. McGovern and the entire team, thank you could never be enough to convey how incredibly grateful we are for the science that helped my body, the team that lifted us up and for the greatest gift we could ever receive - our perfect son. Dr O. is the most compassionate, kind, thorough Dr. She takes her time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you understand completely. What is going on. Not only has Dr. O treated me, I have brought both of my daughters to her. I wish she could be our dr forever!

My first appointment with Dr. Onwubalili was phenomenal as she answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Cho is truly an amazing doctor! He has such a wonderful way with patients, is incredibly empathetic, and always provides clear and helpful information. Dr. Onwubalili was AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, respectful and great at explaining in language I understand what is happening with my body. I was initially very anxious for my appointment but she helped settle my nerves, made me laugh and made me feel seen and heard. I am very particular in the doctors I go to because it is important that I feel heard, respected and valued- all of which Dr. O exemplified. I look forward to working with her in the future, she gave me hope!

Dr Cho was amazing! I felt so comfortable talking to him and he talked through everything that was going on. He gave me such high hopes that my fertility journey will be successful.

Dr O is the absolute best. I’ve never met a doctor who truly listens and takes the time to explain things to you. She has personally reached out to me to answer questions that I left in the portal. Dr O is truly such a wonderful doctor.

The process teaches you acceptance. This is not an easy process and it's not guaranteed. But they gave me hope which is invaluable for me. I finally did get pregnant over a year after I met URA. We are so happy and thankful for their experience, adjustments, and the hand-holding I got from everyone. My providers were both Dr. O and Sherifa. We are thankful for their grit and finding a way to help me keep my head up when things were not as I expected. There are no words to thank them for the miracle they helped God perform in our life. We will be forever grateful.

We absolutely loved having Dr. Cho as our IVF doctor. He truly listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and was such a positive source of support throughout our IVF journey. His compassion, encouragement, and expertise made a difficult process feel much more manageable.
